Admission Requirements

To enroll at CMS Training Institute, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Complete a one-on-one admissions appointment with a school representative.
  • Complete all required enrollment paperwork.
  • Applicants between the ages of 16 and 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Students enrolling in the Home Health Aide program must provide a clear Level 2 background check prior to enrollment (approximately $85).
Additional requirements may apply depending on the program selected.
